Chaitanya offers consultancy services to governmental, international and non-governmental organizations under two rubrics: research and program support.
Research assignments with a specific brief can be undertaken in the areas of governance, gender and security, especially for the South Asian region. These assignments include:
Commissioned research
Research guidance and training, including workshops on the research process
Editorial consultancies
Manuscript reviews
Chaitanya’s program support services are intended primarily for grant-making organizations, development and conflict resolution NGOs and international organizations. We provide the outsider’s perspective and experience-based feedback to strengthen program effectiveness. Assignments undertaken may broadly be described as:
Project development
Proposal reviews
Policy reviews
Monitoring and evaluation
In addition, Chaitanya has partnered with other organizations to conceptualize and organize major programs like conferences and courses.
Chaitanya develops training programs for entry-level professionals in academics and the media.
“The Serious Researcher”, a Chaitanya workshop on the research process.
“The C.V. Workshop,” a session on c.v. writing.
